The file is just a daily Excel file saved Using the .xlsx extension. Ours is previously nicely formatted, so we just need to delete any real data we don't need to be there. If you're adapting an present sheet (or making a new a person), go on and clear it up. It’s an editable template and you'll fill the details in Excel, or may take a printout
